Fossil
1/62 â“ Aerodactyl â“ Itâ™s power is great! Whenever we hold evolution tourneys online, we always have to ban this sucker⦠heâ™s elite. Evolution being stopped is like⦠the best thing ever⦠although in this era, it had no use because everyone played haymaker!
2/62 â“ Articuno â“ This baddy was the big guy in raindance. His attacks are strong⦠and he has good hp, good resistance, good retreat. Honestly heâ™s broken in raindance, and just about every raindance DOES play him.
3/62 ⓠDitto ⓠGreat card. Whatever your opponent is doing, you can do twice as fast! With double colorless energy, all colored mana⦠I mean energy =P costs are colorless. Ditto is only weak against cards that need like waters in discard. (feraligatr)
4/62 â“ Dragonite â“ A solid colorless stage 2. Step in is a great power to have, and its evolutions are solid.
5/62 â“ Gengar â“ I LOVE this card. Curse is good, and dark mind is too. Add in resistance to fighting, a one retreat, and you have yourself a heck of a ghost!
6/62 ⓠHaunter ⓠI LOVE THIS CARD! Flat out good. 50 HP is a downside, but its power was unheard of at the time. This haunter 0wnz the other one⦠and if you like the other one⦠You resign.
7/62 ⓠHitmonlee ⓠDecent. It was used in some haymakers⦠but its weakness to ditto made it a 2nd rate haymaker pokemon.
8/62 â“ Hypno - Never saw much of a point. Just play Gengar⦠drowzee isnâ™t worth it.
9/62 - Kabutops â“ Decent attacks, but the 60 hp for a stage 2 makes me nauseated.
10/62 â“ Lapras â“ Good back in the day. Needed in Rain Dance to get around Mr. Mime, and confuse ray was great!
11/62 ⓠMagneton ⓠOk⦠it has a good first attack. More hp too! In fact, I think this one really is better⦠at blowing itself up.
12/62 ⓠMoltres ⓠDecks were made around this card⦠and it was good. If only there were a raindance for fire pokemon⦠that would make this card broken.
13/62 â“ Muk â“ Shuts down pokemon powers. Great card⦠although it wasnâ™t THAT useful at this time.
14/62 â“ Raichu â“ Ok⦠a 4 lightning cost for 30 right away should tell you this card isnâ™t worth it⦠even after reading the fine print.
15/62 â“ Zapdos â“ Ok⦠this looks about as good as Raichu⦠wait NO ITS NOT! Itâ™s horrible! Oh my! =/
16-30 same as 1-15.
31/62 â“ Arbok â“ Terror Strike is bad⦠but Poison Fang has promise. Overall itâ™s not a bad card⦠good pick in draft.
32/62 â“ Cloyster â“ If you have a two headed coin, play this sucka! If not⦠donâ™t.
33/62 â“ Gastly â“ Nice card. Lick is solid, and 50 hp to boot? I like!
34/62 ⓠGolbat ⓠDecent card⦠almost like a scyther evolution. Practically splashable. If you um⦠like bats⦠play this guy⦠along with Crobat.
35/62 â“ Golduck â“ Decent card. LOVE That Hyper Beam, and psyshock is good. The first border between psychic and water.
36/62 â“ Golem â“ EW! Nasty⦠stage 2 with 80⦠thatâ™s like as bad as kabutops! =/ And it blows up? =/
37/62 â“ Graveler â“ Decent. Not the greatest though due to his hp.
38/62 â“ Kingler â“ Decent, but the hp again. This looks really similar to graveler! =/
39/62 â“ Magmar â“ GOOD. Although baby pokemon reduced his greatness, heâ™s still a fantastic pokemon.
40/62 â“ Omastar â“ Not worth it.
41/62 ⓠSandslash ⓠFury Swipes is good⦠and slash is too. Nice pokemon!
42/62 â“ Seadra â“ Good, but that DARNED hp⦠I donâ™t think fossil specializes in hp, does it?
43/62 â“ Slowbro â“ Psyshock is good, but what good does Strange Behavior do? I can tell you one thing that this card does have right: IT IS STRANGE! =
44/62 â“ Tentacruel â“ Well⦠this card makes me sick. =/ Donâ™t play this, whatever you do. That would make me have to resign.
45/62 ⓠWeezing ⓠActually decent. Smog is a good attack⦠good almost be good.
46/62 ⓠEkans ⓠBad. Not that good. Good be an OK pokemon, but um⦠no
47/62 â“ Geodude â“ You could do 1,000,000,000,000,000,000,000,000,000,000,090 damage with this! But if you did, I think your opponent would get annoyed, and die. Itâ™d take you years to flip that many coins!
48/62 â“ Grimer â“ Decent. Nasty goo is great!
49/62 â“ Horsea â“ Smokescreen is nasty. But 40 hp is bad. =/
50/62 â“ Kabuto â“ Power is good, scratch isnâ™t. This could be POSSIBLY good⦠but uh⦠no =/
51/62 â“ Krabby â“ An OK water pokemon. Could actually be used.
52/62 â“ Omanyte â“ Ok⦠just play poliwag people! Clairvoyance isnâ™t worth it⦠and the attack = poliwag. In fact, donâ™t play poliwag. Just resign right now if your considering any of those pokemon.
53/62 â“ Psyduck â“ Used for awhile to stop people from playing trainers, but once cleffa came out, itâ™s usefulness died.
54/62 â“ Base Gastly is better. Just run away.
55/62 â“ Slowpoke â“ Ok⦠Scavenge could be useful in remote circumstances⦠but as Jason would say, this card is âœLudicrously Obtuseâ.
56/62 ⓠTentacool ⓠgood in damage swap, nothing else. It has 30 hp⦠whats the point? =/
57/62 ⓠZubat ⓠNot that good⦠personally I prefer revelation zubat.
58/62 ⓠMr. Fuji ⓠCould be good in some decks⦠and could be computer search bait in others.
59/62 ⓠEnergy Search ⓠGood for finding energy⦠um⦠never mind. This IS TOILET PAPER!
60/62 ⓠGambler ⓠInteresting card⦠could screw you, could make you win the game. You flip the coin =P
61/62 â“ Recycle is a good card when flipped right. But for people like me, that doesnâ™t ever happen.
62/62 â“ Mysterious Fossil â“ Necessary for decks with the fossil evolutions, but that is it. Like Clefairy Doll, it has no real purpose.

Team Rocket
1/82 â“ Dark Alakazam â“ 60 HP. Bad. Attacks. Good. 3 Retreat. Bad. Overall, not the greatest poke.
2/82 â“ Dark Arbok â“ Really weird. =/ Play this, and Iâ™ll cry.
3/82 â“ Dark Blastoise â“ Good card. Possible to play in modified. With TR hideout, 90 HP makes him a powerhouse. Play this⦠heâ™s really fun.
4/82 ⓠDark Charizard ⓠGreat card⦠if played right. I prefer Dark Typhlosion though.
5/82 â“ Dark Dragonite â“ Underused. Could be good in the right deck, but its stage 1 is better.
6/82 â“ Dark Dugtrio â“ Certainly interesting. If you can flip, (or jinx your opponent =D) try playing it. Low hp is a problem though.
7/82 â“ Dark Golbat â“ Neat! Do 10 to any pokemon, then do 20. That takes out babies for sure! Played with Dark Crobat, you can ko people just by evolving!
8/82 â“ Dark Gyarados â“ Final Beam? Based on a flip? Ice Beam? 30 and para? Decent, but weak overall.
9/82 â“ Dark Hypno â“ Nice⦠but twisted. Sort of a Do the Wave with flips and opponentâ™s benches.
10/82 â“ Dark Machamp â“ Fling? For THAT much? Really weak.
11/82 â“ Dark Magneton â“ Twisted. This set has one thing going for it. It was great for noobs =/
12/82 ⓠDark Slowbro ⓠThe only good thing about this card is the name of the attack. Fickle⦠ROFLMAO =D
13/82 â“ Dark Vileplume â“ Seriously a GOOD card! Stopping all trainers? ELITE :o
14/82 â“ Dark Weezing â“ A guy on IRC named HexHax used to have a great deck with this card. What I like about this set is that it forces people to think OUTSIDE the lines.
15/82 â“ Here Comes Team Rocket â“ Point? Only with Rattata TR would this possibly have use.
16/82 â“ Rocketâ™s Sneak Attack â“ With Trap, a good card. Takes a lot of skill to play this card well.
17/82 â“ Rainbow Energy â“ Used in decks where its needed. This set introduced the âœnon-basic energiesâ. Even though DCE was out, many people didnâ™t understand it until this set.
18-31 = just like 1-13, except Dark Vileplume has a weakness to fighting. It only makes it worse -_-.
32/82 â“ Dark Charmeleon â“ Interesting card⦠but overall disgusting. I donâ™t see the point in the attacks -_-.
33/82 â“ Dark Dragonair â“ A god in a evolution deck. Itâ™s useful and playable in standard.
34/82 â“ Dark Electrode â“ âœ=/â Seriously horrible. -_-
35/82 â“ Dark Flareon â“ And NOW it gets repetitive. Most of these cards are TOILET PAPER! This included.
36/82 ⓠDark Gloom - I like the attack AND the pokemon power⦠and it is played. Nice card.
37/82 ⓠDark Golduck ⓠSuper Psy: NICE! Nice card to play in a heavy typhlosion environment⦠especially with king and sneasel J!
38/82 ⓠDark Jolteon ⓠI love this card. With neo 2 eevee⦠you can do spectacular first turn attacks.
39/82 â“ Dark Kadabra â“ Broken power. Broken attack. Iffy hp. Great card, though.
40/82 â“ Dark Machoke â“ Are we there yet? Not the card Iâ™d be looking for, though Iâ™ve heard that W00T_ has a good deck with this guy.
41/82 â“ Dark Muk â“ HOLD EVERYTHING! The epitome of all! The great, the boisterous, DARK MUK! This, my friends, is the best card of all time. OK, so itâ™s not that good, but itâ™s rip-roaring to play =D! I love this guy. Warning: Donâ™t ever go up to ClefairyDoll and tell her that this guy is a loser. Sheâ™ll seriously âœ=/â you.
42/82 â“ Dark Persian â“ Not much here. Why play colorless losers like this anyway? =P
43/82 â“ Dark Primeape â“ Well, at one time I came up with a broken combo with this! At least I thought! âœPlay this card with miracle berry! Then do 40 damage, get confused, then stop being confused but be confused at the same time and do 70 next turn!â Ah⦠it was worth a try.
44/82 â“ Dark Rapidash â“ Donâ™t play it. Just donâ™t. Seriously. =/
45/82 â“ Dark Vaporeon â“ Again, =/
46/82 â“ Dark Wartortle â“ Only use for evolution. If you attack with him, Iâ™ll seriously point and laugh. *RaNd0m points.
47/82 â“ Magikarp â“ The best magikarp youâ™ll ever see! Hurry now, you better get your gyarados! Oh wait, why would you play gyaradosâ¦?
48/82 â“ Porygon â“ Interesting combo I found with Scizor⦠but thatâ™s for another article.
49/82 â“ Abra â“ âœ-_-âœ
50/82 ⓠCharmander ⓠActually good. R for 20⦠nice. Power works as well.
51/82 ⓠDark Raticate ⓠOk⦠it LOOKS good, but its NOT. =/
52/82 â“ Diglett â“ Interesting. Iâ™d rather play the 30 hp one thoughâ¦
53/82 â“ Dratini â“ Heh. =/
54/82 ⓠDrowzee ⓠHypno is nothing to look at⦠so neither is this.
55/82 â“ Eevee â“ Play neo 2 eevee. =/ Ignore this.
56/82 â“ Ekans â“ Solid.
57/82 â“ Grimer â“ I prefer this over fossil⦠which is uncommon in todayâ™s environment. However, I really like this guyâ™s second attack. A chance for 30 and para for 2? VERY nice.
58/82 â“ Koffing â“ Play base set.
59/82 ⓠMachop ⓠColorless attack. Sort of a TecH possibility⦠but no =/
60/82 ⓠMagnemite ⓠInteresting⦠a theme deck possibly? Uh⦠no. =/
61/82 â“ Mankey â“ The best mankey. Try it sometime.
62/82 â“ Meowth â“ Oh look⦠wait a second. As I surf this neo 4 translation site, I find Dark Slowking! Wow that picture looks scary! Oh this card? The worst card in my life⦠Iâ™d play base gastly before thisâ¦â¦â¦. -_- of a cat.
63/82 â“ Oddish â“ Nice card. Seriously nice.
64/82 â“ Ponyta â“ Junk.
65/82 ⓠPsyduck ⓠTwisted⦠but use fossil.
66/82 â“ Rattata â“ Use with Here Comes Team Rocket. Otherwise, throw it out. Donâ™t even keep it⦠its not worth the jokes.
67/82 ⓠSlowpoke ⓠActually, good. A powered slowking turn two. I prefer Neo Genesis⦠although many good players prefer TR.
68/82 â“ Squirtle â“ A splashable poke. Used in modern raindance.
69/82 ⓠVoltorb ⓠHmmm⦠which would you choose? C for 10, or L for 20? Tough question⦠¬_¬
70/82 â“ Zubat â“ Horrible. Use Neo Revelation =P
71/82 â“ See 15
72/82 â“ See 16
73/82 ⓠThe Boss♠Way - Good in a heavy dark deck. Finding evolutions is nice⦠this can be used in a dark crobat deck.
74/82 â“ Challenge! â“ Everyone used to think: Play this in every wiggly! Itâ™s very lame to be truthful⦠although you always CAN play the TecH TR Meowth! But then⦠whats the point of the meowth?
75/82 ⓠDigger ⓠOh yes⦠great card⦠5/5 DEFINITELY. =/
76/82 â“ Imposter Oakâ™s Revenge â“ Good in trap.
77/82 â“ Nightly Garbage Run â“ Most used trainer from this set actually.
78/82 ⓠOh yeah⦠use this to stop a slowking or plume! GREAT idea⦠(note sarcasm ;p)
79/82 â“ Sleep! â“ Has combos. Could POSSIBLY have use.
80/82 â“ See 17
81/82 - Good colorless energy.
82/82 â“ Good colorless energy.
83/82 â“ Wow! Didnâ™t this surprise you? When I first opened a pack of TR, I found this guy! I was like⦠was that supposed to be #3? But THAT didnâ™t make sense, it was an R. -_- Good card though.

Gym Heroes
1/132 â“ Blaineâ™s Moltres â“ Ok, this is one of those cards where you can honestly say âœI donâ™t get it.â Although it has somewhat good use in a turbo blaineâ™s magmar deck; doing 90 on like, turn 3, it really doesnâ™t have much hope in MTVâ™s âœThe Real Worldâ.
2/132 â“ Brockâ™s Rhydon â“ It is somewhat interesting with Gold Berry, but only against bench damage decks, which arenâ™t exactly common. Overall, not the best.
3/132 â“ Erikaâ™s Clefable â“ Remember when everyone was like, oh MAN this card is like, your MOTHER? It had hope, but the flip really damages it, along with the weakness to fighting. Overall, not playable. It gets rogued too much.
4/132 â“ Erikaâ™s Dragonair â“ I like this card, and I always will. Although some probably consider it junk, once a card has won you one or two or five games, you canâ™t hate it. Take Away is seriously cool, and blizzard ainâ™t half bad. Overall decent.
5/132 â“ Erikaâ™s Vileplume â“ Ok, this card is elite. Confusion is the BEST status effect in the game in my opinion, even better than paralyzing. Anything that can confuse without needing to attack deserves a temple. But not a Catholic one. =
6/132 â“ Lt. Surgeâ™s Electabuzz â“ We used to think this was a decent basic. We used to think heâ™d become good. We now know heâ™s useless. In fact, he has no friends⦠at all.
7/132 â“ Lt. Surgeâ™s Fearow â“ This card⦠to say the least, is fun! Flipping 5 coins for an attack is flat out hilarious, and clutch isnâ™t bad. Is it good in standard? Probably not. But in specially formatted tourneys, it can be a killer. Great in limited.
8/132 â“ Lt. Surgeâ™s Magneton â“ Every time I see this card, I always think of Spikeâ™s Magneton deck that was published in Pojoâ™s Special Ed. Magazine awhile back. âœThe first magneton not to blow itself up!â Overall, itâ™s not a great card. But⦠it could be a nice surprise to freak your opponent out!
9/132 â“ Mistyâ™s Seadra â“ Iâ™m sure everyone used this in their raindance at one time or another. When this was released at my local league as a prerelease, I slapped it in there IMMEDIATELY. Itâ™s first attack is nice, doing 20. Itâ™s second seemed cool at first, but the odds of it working were like smash punching a baby⦠OHHH. Cool card.
10/132 â“ Mistyâ™s Tentacruel â“ This was an interesting card. I also tried putting this in my raindance. The attack is REALLY cool, but it just was underplayed overall. One of those cards that get overlooked.
11/132 â“ Rocketâ™s Hitmonchan â“ OHHH MAN. This thing is evil! The first attack could be so abused vs. Sneasel today. I remember how awesome it was against Wigglytuff⦠Wiggly wants to ko it for 60? Better think twice! Heâ™ll do 120 back!
12/132 â“ Rocketâ™s Moltres â“ This was a card people thought about, and then left in the binder. Overall slow⦠not too good. When we first saw these âœrocketâ cards, we thought HAYMAKER HAYMAKER HAYMAKER. Well⦠this didnâ™t make the cut.
13/132 â“ Rocketâ™s Scyther â“ A card still used today. Shadow Images is flat out cool. Being able to put a smokescreen effect on your opponent and KEEP IT THERE is unbelievable. Trust me, your opponent HAS to get heads to stop this. I find this card very useful in a deck like Erikaâ™s Victreebel. Load the bench and stall with this.
14/132 â“ Sabrinaâ™s Gengar â“ Well, Pain Amplifier is nice. This was to be a great card for bench destruction. But I think the fact that it was a stage 2 sort of slowed down the deck idea⦠and lead this card to the place they DONâ™T want to be: the binder.
15/132 â“ Brock â“ Uhhh⦠Remove a counter from each Pokemon. Well, thatâ™s nice⦠I used this in my raindance a bit. Itâ™s sort of good with Articuno.
16/132 â“ Erika â“ This card is great. Drawing 3 cards with one card w/o discarding was something previously unheard of. With Imposter Oakâ™s Revenge, this proves to be a strong card drawing engine while not benefiting your opponent. Nice.
17/132 ⓠLt. Surge ⓠUm⦠no. Simply put, this card is dirt. In fact, most cards WITH Lt. Surge in the name are. Why would you play this? Why would you play secret plan? WHY? WHY? WHY?
18/132 â“ Misty â“ A nice card. Misty FTKOâ™s were common at this time, almost to be an archetype. However, grass was also popular at this time, especially Scyther, and this faded out.
19/132 â“ The Rocketâ™s Trap â“ Everyone has experienced this card. Most people have been trapped at least 5 times in their lives. Itâ™s not fun. The Trapper was a solid deck, and deadly. Basically, playing 4 of these, 4 Rocketâ™s Sneak Attack, 4 Imposter Oakâ™s Revenge, and 4 Erika, this was the deadliest trainer combo of all time. First, IOR. Then, Sneak. Then, Trap. BOOM, your opponent has no hand, and their destruction will come. The only way to stop this deck was to topdeck Professor Oak. =/
20/132 â“ Brockâ™s Golem - Another bench damage card, backed up by a solid attack. Itâ™d be great in draft. But in constructed? I donâ™t see it making the cut. Being a stage 2 with stage 1 attacks doesnâ™t cut it.
21/132 â“ Brockâ™s Onix â“ I saw this card, and fell in love. But itâ™s not that good. Bind is nice, but Tunneling! That was what caught my eye. TWENTY DAMAGE TO TWO OF YOUR OPPONENTS POKEMON? Unheard of! Yet there it was! I know I saw a couple of these in tournaments.
22/132 â“ Brockâ™s Rhyhorn â“ TecH. Thatâ™s all it was. But play it in a non-fighting deck, just hold it in your hand, and look at that Chansey who just double edged your big Pokemon! Is the game over? Not quite! Lay down the Brockâ™s Rhyhorn, attach a double colorless, bada bing, bada boom, GAME. Nice card, eh? Gligar replaced this when Neo 1 came out.
23/132 â“ Brockâ™s Sandslash â“ Needles is cool, and sandstorm is an advanced smokescreen. Not the better of the two sandslashs, but a neat card that deserved some sort of play. It never did get it. Once again, a worthy card that hit the shower, erm, binder.
24/132 â“ Brockâ™s Zubat â“ What IS this? A rare Zubat? Huh? Yeah, whatâ™s next? A rare Goldeen? OHHH⦠This card is bad. 30 hp? What, you want an ABRA to kill you?
25/132 â“ Erikaâ™s Clefairy â“ Well, I donâ™t know what to think. It could be good, but these cards are limited worthy, not constructed. You need to think BIG to win. =
26/132 â“ Erikaâ™s Victreebel â“ I LOVE THIS CARD! Oh man, this was great! Itâ™s evolutions are solid, and a gust as a Pokemon power? I LOVE IT! Seriously, this card was a force. It was great to see decks like this make top 8 at Standard tournaments. Stage 2â™s COULD make a big showing.
27/132 â“ Lt. Surgeâ™s Electabuzz â“ And I said the other one was bad? In comparison, this would be the guy living off welfare when the other buzz is the guy making multimillions. Sick card⦠only good in limited.
28/132 â“ Lt. Surgeâ™s Raichu â“ Oh look! A base zapdos with a decent, smaller, attack. But why use thunderbolt when you can use charizard? Honestly. =
29/132 â“ Mistyâ™s Cloyster â“ Wow, this is good⦠WHAT? THREE ENERGY for that second attack? Dude. What IS this? What a rip-off. = Basically, some of these rares were those that when youâ™d be happy to buy three packs of gym heroes, youâ™d open them and find âœWhat? A Mistyâ™s Cloyster, Lt. Surgeâ™s Electabuzz, and Brockâ™s Zubat? Ahhhhhhhh!â
30/132 â“ Mistyâ™s Goldeen â“ Donâ™t show this card to TR Cassidy! She loves it! Itâ™s like⦠a Nidoran Male with 10 less hp. Uhh⦠cool. =
31/132 â“ Mistyâ™s Poliwrath â“ Water Ring looked cool for a raindance, but it was flat out a waste of time. Mistyâ™s Poliwhirl is a LOT better.
32/132 â“ Mistyâ™s Tentacool â“ Great. Letâ™s get more horrible Pokemon on our bench so we can resign quicker! Yeah! What a DEAL! In fact, letâ™s just wave the white flag now. Judge? I uh, quit Pokemon. âœAre you sure?â Yeah. âœOk.â Thanks. =/
33/132 â“ Rocketâ™s Snorlax â“ Well⦠the retreat ruined this one for me. I guess it could be good, especially with TR Drowzee, but dude, itâ™s relatively fat! I mean, do you honestly play guys with 4 retreat that CANâ™T fend for themselves? No. =
34/132 â“ Sabrinaâ™s Venomoth â“ YAY! A decent card! I havenâ™t reviewed one of those in⦠a long time. Dude, this was like, auto-confusion. Unheard of! And the amount of play it saw? Minimal. Why? What has this world come to? Are we net-decking again⦠âœyes.â Oh. =
35/132 â“ Blaineâ™s Growlithe â“ Out of the three Blaineâ™s Growlithe, this one gets the middle rating. Why? Because Shake is dumb, and something about the second attack reminds me of Base Set Pikachu. = It is a nice deal with Blaine however, and a possible FTKO card.
36/132 â“ Blaineâ™s Kangaskhan â“ Ahahahahaha! Ahahahahahahahahaha! FLIP to do 10 damage. AHAHAHAHAHA. AHAHAHAHAHAHA. AHAHAHA HAHAHAHA. Ok Iâ™m done now.
37/132 â“ Blaineâ™s Magmar â“ Sweet! This card had a deck built around it. Letâ™s just say it moved through the game pretty quick. Baby Pokemon destroyed the deck idea, though.
38/132 â“ Brockâ™s Geodude â“ Lucky shot is flippy, but good in todayâ™s environment, sorta. Dude, wanna know whatâ™s fun about drafting gym? ALL THESE CARDS STINK! =/
39/132 â“ Brockâ™s Golbat â“ Dive is good, spiral is a waste of energy. But hey, not bad, considering you donâ™t see colorless grass much. This line was used quite a bit.
40/132 â“ Brockâ™s Graveler â“ FCC averaging 20 or 40. Dude, thatâ™s not spectacular. Nextâ¦
41/132 â“ Brockâ™s Lickitung â“ Not a bad card. Average, and a horrendous retreat, but is definitely used in limited.
42/132 â“ Erikaâ™s Dratini â“ Ah. Great card⦠VERY good in that environment. I know very few people who didnâ™t use Erikaâ™s Dratini in such a haymaker dominated environment. It forced people to play Wigglytuff or Clefable. What a change! :)
43/132 â“ Erikaâ™s Exeggcute â“ Lame. Dude, you donâ™t want flips for attacks. This is like a Dive Bomb type thing only flip tails, you commit suicune. Nope. Nada. No way. =/
44/132 â“ Erikaâ™s Exeggutor â“ Actually a nice card. In the pre-elm, pre-cleffa days, this was not typical. An attack that did drawing? Nice. Stomp is relatively decent too.
45/132 â“ Erikaâ™s Gloom â“ This was a good card. Choose status effect, and thirty damage. Nice. Remove 4 counters with a flip. Nice. Not a bad card leading up to Erikaâ™s Vileplume.
46/132 â“ Erikaâ™s Gloom â“ I like this card. Dream Dance is nice because you have a 25% chance of NOT waking up by next turn. Vile Smell is nice because you could either play a full heal energy next turn, or switch, OR evolve. Nice!
47/132 â“ Erikaâ™s Oddish â“ Hmm. Photosynthesis is a cool power, but itâ™s a shame it wasnâ™t used on someone bigger, like a Vileplume. Using a power like that on such a low Pokemon is stupid at best.
48/132 â“ Erikaâ™s Weepinbel â“ Dude, play this and die. Drool? Ok, what kind of PERSON would play a card with an attack called Drool. Dude, whatâ™s your problem? Honestly.
49/132 â“ Erikaâ™s Weepinbel - GREAT card. Sleep Poison is awesome, and GGC for 40 isnâ™t bad, especially when you wonâ™t be using it muchâ¦
50/132 â“ Lt. Surgeâ™s Magnemite â“ GREAT CARD⦠Ohhh, it has 30 hp. Why do they always do this to us? You find a card with promise, your scanning the attacks, then you look up, and find itâ™s horrible. One Jab from a hitmonchan kills this, making it a no-no on RaNd0mâ™s âœplaylistâ.
51/132 â“ Lt. Surgeâ™s Raticate â“ Super Fang⦠ok⦠what else? Nothing? Why not play base Raticate then? *sighs*
52/132 â“ Lt. Surgeâ™s Spearow â“ 30 HP, 20 damage. Simple, to the point. Too bad itâ™s not playable, especially in an Electabuzz dominated era.
53/132 â“ Mistyâ™s Poliwhirl â“ This card is great. Rapids is a good enough attack, but they gave us water punch! I actually won a tournament with this deck. Itâ™s GREAT. Put like 6 water on it and have a slugfest! Reminds me of a card I used at Worlds⦠hrhrhr.
54/132 â“ Mistyâ™s Psyduck â“ Um⦠no. = Mistyâ™s Golduck wasnâ™t even around yet⦠and the gym 2 psyduck is so much better. So, no. =
55/132 â“ Mistyâ™s Seaking â“ Man this looks familiar. Hmm⦠where have I seen this before. *Looks back to the Jungle SOS (Saga of Sets)* Ah, yes. I remember. This is EXACTLY like itâ™s Jungle counterpart! The only difference is ⦠a possible 10 to the bench! Wow, that REALLY makes this playable? *sigh*
56/132 â“ Mistyâ™s Starmie â“ Well, water gun is =/, and bubble beam reminds me of a certain flying bird sharing this same type. AND THIS IS AN EVOLUTION! =/
57/132 â“ Mistyâ™s Tentacool â“ Crystal Beam is mediocre at best, but an obvious improvement over the other one.
58/132 â“ Sabrinaâ™s Haunter â“ This card is always so weird. Night Spirits⦠it freaks me out. I mean, the idea behind it sounds cool⦠averaging 60 damage a turn. But what are the odds youâ™ll get all 4 gastly/haunter out? Not too good. Not to mention mass resistance to psychic, and other things. Why not just use Wigglytuff? =/
59/132 â“ Sabrinaâ™s Jynx â“ I donâ™t get it. Sleep, and then lack there of? What IS it? I mean, this card is honestly counterproductive. It might as well say, âœHereâ™s the white flag. Good game.â It COULD be good in a theme deck.
60/132 â“ Sabrinaâ™s Slowbro - = PCC â“ 40, no attack next turn? Another one of those âœ=/â cards.
61/132 â“ Blaineâ™s Charmander â“ Kindle is great. Slash is also a nice backup. Definitely the Charmander you want to use in this line.
62/132 â“ Blaineâ™s Growlithe â“ What IS this? 20 for RR? And thatâ™s all it is. I mean, it could be good as a sideboard, but is there a sideboard in Pokemon? Nah.
63/132 â“ Blaineâ™s Ponyta â“ Agility is ⦠well, itâ™s a good attack, but the low HP turns me off. Basically, taking two turns to power this up is a waste, and if you are playing this deck right, you wonâ™t be having this card turn 2. You should be evolved by then.
64/132 â“ Blaineâ™s Tauros â“ Three Prong is decent to average, but the second attack is something worth looking at. Itâ™d be nice with Unown N in play. Itâ™s like a Pin Missile that you can get off turn 2.
65/132 â“ Blaineâ™s Vulpix â“ Tail Fan is NICE. The power is decent too. If this guy had 50 hp, itâ™d be a solid basic on itâ™s own. But it has 40. Itâ™s a good card, but Iâ™d only play it with focus band. And if your playing Blaineâ™s Ninetales, you shouldnâ™t ever be putting more than two energy on this guy anyway.
66/132 â“ Brockâ™s Geodude â“ Decent at best. The rock Pokemon always have had one thing in common. They stink, they have always stinked, and they always WILL stink.
67/132 â“ Brockâ™s Mankey â“ Great card. Itâ™s an UNBELIEVABLE tech in standard, modified, or new modified. Hey Slowking? âœâ¦ ⦠⦠⦠⦠⦠⦠slow?â Take THIS! BOOM, your active. BOOM, you BETTER have a balloon berry.
68/132 â“ Brockâ™s Mankey â“ I like this card. Practically 40 for FC, and well, fidget is just the COOLEST ATTACK IN THE GAME, hands down.
69/132 â“ Brockâ™s Onix - This guyâ™s big. The first attack is weird⦠no damage or anything, just flip to paralyze. But not bad. The second attack is mediocre. But the hp is nice! Not something Iâ™d play in constructed, but something Iâ™d definitely love drafting!
70/132 â“ Brockâ™s Rhyhorn â“ What the⦠this is like tyrogue! Heads heads, 70, ko! What a deal! A horrible card, you shouldnâ™t play it, and if you do, Iâ™ll laugh at you. Tyrogue will KILL this thing. Three heads vs. a baby? Yeah, right.
71/132 â“ Brockâ™s Sandshrew â“ Defense Curl is uhhh, well, âœgoodâ. Rolling Attack is =/. But itâ™s evolution is NICE⦠and thatâ™s why we play it.
72/132 â“ Brockâ™s Sandshrew â“ The more played Sandshrew. Not for the attack, for the HP. It has less of a chance of being FTKOâ™d.
73/132 â“ Brockâ™s Vulpix - Not bad. Flame is good, and Quick Attack is nice if you canâ™t get the fire energy. Great way to build up for the big guy.
74/132 â“ Brockâ™s Zubat â“ The better one. Itâ™s OK, but I donâ™t like it. I wouldnâ™t play it, but then again, Iâ™m not sane, am I? Wait, yes I am, and this card is not on my playlist. Just donâ™t play Brockâ™s Golbat, k? =
75/132 â“ Erikaâ™s Bellsprout â“ I used this one before I used the careless tackle one. Itâ™s not bad, but easy to ko. Basically, itâ™s not bad if you are going to play a grass deck. But itâ™s not one to tech either, =/.
76/132 â“ Erikaâ™s Bellsprout â“ This is a tech. Fifty HP, C â“ 20/10. Not bad. Itâ™s good to kill totodileâ™s with.
77/132 â“ Erikaâ™s Exeggcute â“ Not too bad of a card, for a little guy. Psychic isnâ™t bad, and I like the first attack. Exeggcute > Magnemite. They blow the OTHER guy up instead, see? Haha. =
78/132 â“ Erikaâ™s Oddish â“ Itâ™s ok. Removing counters is a different approach, but itâ™s not a bad card. I like the other one better, though. I mean the one that owns. Not the Photosynthesis one. =
79/132 â“ Erikaâ™s Tangela â“ WHAT A DEAL! FLIP A COIN TO GET TWO CARDS, and for THREE energy! Nice! Sick, pass this card up, donâ™t show it to me anymore or Iâ™ll have Eric Brooks eat it. =
80/132 â“ Lt. Surgeâ™s Magnemite â“ A solid basic. Not bad. Shock is always a good attack, and CC â“ 20 is typical. If it wasnâ™t FTKO bait from hitmonchan, itâ™d be a decent basic on itâ™s own. But itâ™s nothing without an evolution.
81/132- Lt. Surgeâ™s Pikachu â“ Well, whatâ™s NOT to love when a Pikachuâ™s being reviewed? I swear, I tried to rate it badly, but the cards tried to attack me! You DONâ™T dis Pikachu, thatâ™s for sure. Not a bad card though. 50 HP, whatâ™s NOT to love.
82/132 â“ Lt. Surgeâ™s Rattata â“ Not bad. Focus Energy is pretty cool, and Gnaw isnâ™t bad either. A decent basic.
83/132 â“ Lt. Surgeâ™s Spearow â“ Not horrible. The second attack is cool, but itâ™s a flip. Iâ™d rather use Erikaâ™s Jigglypuff.
84/132 â“ Lt. Surgeâ™s Voltorb â“ Dude, what IS this? Iâ™ve never seen an attack that practically reads âœIf tails this does nothingâ the way this was worded. Itâ™s 20x, flip 1 coin, do 20 times the number of heads. Dude, they really ARE making this game for little kids⦠arenâ™t they ;)
85/132 â“ Mistyâ™s Goldeen â“ Dude, I like the other one better! This is so goldeenish. â¦Ohhhâ¦â¦
86/132 â“ Mistyâ™s Horsea â“ Not bad. W â“ 10 is lame, but WW â“ 20 and smokescreen is mediocrely cool. Not a bad buildup for a decent evolution.
87/132 â“ Mistyâ™s Poliwag â“ I always liked this one better. Hypnotic stare is NICE, and slam is decent. A great basic, building up for a GREAT evolution. Not a bad line.
88/132 â“ Mistyâ™s Seel â“ Basic, to the point. Not a bad card, and not a horrible evolution to evolve into. Just one of those âœI like the trash can better than the deckâ cards.
89/132 â“ Mistyâ™s Shellder â“ I canâ™t say itâ™s bad⦠yes I can. Bad, donâ™t play it, itâ™s pathetic. What, are you trying to evolve into a pointless evolution? Go you. =
90/132 â“ Mistyâ™s Staryu â“ Not effected by resistance? Great! I was really scared that it wouldnâ™t do any damage against⦠(what Pokemon has resistance to water? â¦ohhhâ¦.) that⦠POKEMON.
91/132 â“ Sabrinaâ™s Abra â“ Energy Loop is ummm counterproductive. You play an energy, and you hope you can GET somewhere next turn. =/
92/132 â“ Sabrinaâ™s Drowzee â“ Pointless card. Itâ™s REALLY GOOD, but if I wasnâ™t being sarcastic, Iâ™d be lying. And thatâ™s against my catho⦠I MEAN, Lutheran religion.
93/132 â“ Sabrinaâ™s Gastly â“ Great. Another one of those âœaverageâ cards. Moving right alongâ¦
94/132 â“ Sabrinaâ™s Mr. Mime â“ Sleight of Hand is good in raindance. Not a bad card overall⦠I could see it fulfilling some duty and some point in time.
95/132 â“ Sabrinaâ™s Slowpoke â“ Average, again? Geez⦠are we there yet? This card is wasting my life -_-
96/132 â“ Sabrinaâ™s Venonat â“ Not a bad card. Again, Sabrinaâ™s Venomoth was a great card that was underused, underplayed, underrated. This wasnâ™t a bad basic for it, either.
97/132 â“ Blaineâ™s Quiz #1 â“ Ok⦠this is a random card that back in Modified, people were carrying their GAMEBOYS around for. I donâ™t get it. Dude, it could be good, but people find a way out of it. WHY NOT BILL? EH? EH EH?
98/132 â“ Brock â“ Uhhh⦠Remove a counter from each Pokemon. Well, thatâ™s nice⦠I used this in my raindance a bit. Itâ™s sort of good with Articuno.
99/132 â“ Charity â“ WHAT IS THIS? I MEAN HONESTLY? WHAT IS IT? DUDE WHAT WAS TPCâ™s PROBLEM? Were they joking? Was this a big joke? I mean, use Charity⦠what a deal! I wish I could do this every time I did 160 to your scyther with my typhlosion! Sorry, I just decided overkill worked! I didnâ™t realize I had to play a CARD to help with this⦠itâ™s not like this is a waste of space.
100/132 â“ Erika - This card is great. Drawing 3 cards with one card w/o discarding was something previously unheard of. With Imposter Oakâ™s Revenge, this proves to be a strong card drawing engine while not benefiting your opponent. Nice.
101/132 ⓠLt. Surge - Lt. Surge ⓠUm⦠no. Simply put, this card is dirt. In fact, most cards WITH Lt. Surge in the name are. Why would you play this? Why would you play secret plan? WHY? WHY? WHY?
102/132 â“ Misty - A nice card. Misty FTKOâ™s were common at this time, almost to be an archetype. However, grass was also popular at this time, especially Scyther, and this faded out.
103/132 â“ No Removal Gym â“ It seemed cool, but theyâ™ll countergym, play 2 ER, 2 SER, game. Not cool⦠it didnâ™t work the way people hoped. As Satoshi puts it: âœCards like this make me think Wizards should have FULL control of the game.â
104/132 â“ Rocketâ™s Training Gym â“ Hmmm. Increasing retreats by one is definitely an interesting effect. Using this w/ Dark Muk can be devastating! Gust up that Scyther, play this down, and use Dark Mukâ™s attack. There isnâ™t such a card as a triple colorless energy, so Scyther forfeits. This works with almost ANY haymaker Pokemon. Using this, with high amounts of Energy Removal, and Dark Muk, can be a BROKEN deck.
105/132 â“ Blaineâ™s Last Resort â“ This card is good combined with Blaineâ™s Gamble. But both of those cards stink. Overall, a bad idea for a card. Use Oak! =
106/132 â“ Brockâ™s Training Method â“ Is this that one card? It is. = It has a couple combos with Brockâ™s Ninetales, and guaranteeing the lack of removal sounds good, but it is overall a waste of space. In my opinion, instead of wasting space on guarding your own energy, why not use it to be aggressive on your opponentâ™s?
107/132 â“ Celadon City Gym â“ Great in an Erikaâ™s deck. Itâ™s a nice default gym if you are worried about status effects ruining your day. But they donâ™t do that often. Still, a decent card for your Erika deck.
108/132 â“ Cerulean City Gym â“ Lowering retreat by one is nice. But not worth the space, or the gym. In a Misty deck, Iâ™d rather play Healing Field or Ecogym, but not this. =
109/132 â“ Erikaâ™s Maids â“ Dude, this card is nice in an Erika deck. Have an Erikaâ™s Bellsprout down, w/ 2 energy attached? Need that weepinbel for the game? Play this! Itâ™s like an Erika-ified Pokemon Trader. Then again, why make it Erika-ified? Why not use Pokemon Trader? *sighs*
110/132 â“ Erikaâ™s Perfume â“ Great with Pokeflute. You have an Unown N in your hand? Here, you play it, then I gust it, and BOOM, your done. Ness actually plays that combo to beat BigChuckâ™s Steel Chansey deck. =
111/132 â“ Good Manners â“ Good in a low basic count deck. Otherwise, not. I guess itâ™d be useful in a low count Entei/Cargo, or something. =
112/132 â“ Lt. Surgeâ™s Treaty â“ This card is random. You either get a card, or you get a card! At least it makes the game go faster. =
113/132 â“ Minion of Team Rocket â“ ROFL. Idiotic card⦠just resign. Why would you play this? Well, you BETTER have rigged that coin. If you didnâ™t, at least you have good morals. You shouldnâ™t be playing this card, PERIOD. Itâ™s one of the worse cards in the game, behind Arcade Game. =P
114/132 â“ Mistyâ™s Wrath â“ GREAT card. The ability to zoom through your deck for a card you need is excellent. One of the most played cards in âœOld Modifiedâ, as itâ™ll probably be called soon enough. I can see it now⦠âœWanna play OMF?â Man, thatâ™s gonna be hard to type.
115/132 â“ Pewter City Gym â“ Necessary in any Brockâ™s deck. The resistance to fighting hurts. This helps out the problem.
116/132 â“ Recall â“ ROFL AGAIN. This card had a lot of combos to it⦠including having 9 counters on a gyarados, recalling flail, and owning. However, now that Neo 3 Aerodactyl is out, this has lost a lot of points. But itâ™s still a funny, hilarious card.
117/132 â“ Sabrinaâ™s ESP â“ You flipped tails, eh? Want another chance? This is GREAT with Sabrinaâ™s Kadabraâ™s lifedown. I mean seriously, 75% chance of doing TONS of damage? Nice! Even if your going against a baby, itâ™s STILL a deal! =/
118/132 â“ Secret Mission â“ Not a bad card. Seeing your opponentâ™s hand is nice, and discarding useless cards to gain card advantage is a decent trade. One of the underrated draw cards in OMF. But it definitely played/plays a role in Feraligatr. =)
119/132 â“ Tickling Machine â“ AHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHA HAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHA!!!!! Nextâ¦
120/132 â“ Vermillion City Gym â“ A possible pluspower⦠or possible damage. It reminds me of Digger. Overall, itâ™s too flippy, and there isnâ™t much point. I guess it could be good in some FTKO situations. =
121/132 â“ Blaineâ™s Gamble â“ Itâ™s a gamble! Itâ™s like a Secret Mission you flip to⦠and gain double the rewards. Not a horrid card, but I donâ™t really like it. Great in Feraligatr though⦠just underplayed. Think about it⦠instead of using the power, use this, discard like, 6 water, gain 12 cards BACK? THINK of the damage! =
122/132 â“ Energy Flow â“ Great card. I remember my favorite combo with this card: Energy Flow/Pokemon Center/Raindance. It singlehandedly made your opponents hate you. =D
123/132 â“ Mistyâ™s Duel â“ HOW COOL IS IT to play rock-paper-scissors in POKEMON? Dude, FLAT OUT, BROKEN, because itâ™s rock-paper-scissors. BROKEN. = Actually, not horrible, considering you could either help yourself or take away your opponents âœgreat handâ. =
124/132 â“ Narrow Gym â“ Another combo card. You could pick up a Pokemon with like, 9 counters on it! What a deal! At one time, the typical default gym. Now itâ™s Sprout Tower. But this card definitely was cool.
125/132 â“ Sabrinaâ™s Gaze â“ Good drawing card. Iâ™ll tell you though, youâ™d hate drawing this when you have 2 cards in your hand, including this one. But itâ™s not a BAD card. =
126/132 â“ Trash Exchange â“ This card made Feraligatr broken. Great card in some situations, pointless in others. But you can definitely get back those special energy cards (!
127/132 â“ Fighting Energy â“ It depends. =
128/132 â“ Fire Energy â“ It depends. =
129/132 â“ Grass Energy â“ It depends. =
130/132 â“ Lightning Energy â“ It depends. =
131/132 â“ Psychic Energy â“ It depends. =
132/132 â“ Water Energy â“ Oh, you thought Iâ™d say âœIt dependsâ? Tough. Water Energy is BROKEN, you should all PLAY IT, because itâ™s the BEST CARD ON EARTH. Thank you. =

Gym Challenge
Cool! RaNd0m let me do this one. Enjoy!
1/132 Blaine's Arcanine - Oh yes, this card is good. Well, it was, since in MMF you can’t use it, but still great with Typhlosion (anyone wanna guess which one? =/)
2/132 Blaine's Charizard - Hmmm... so close to being great, just not quite there. Fun card though, and collectable.
3/132 Brock's Ninetales - Ah yes, good ol` Brocko with his Ninetails, who is Ditto’s biggest competition for the Poke`mon who started the most aguments award. Great card, the possibilities are near endless.
4/132 Erika's Venusaur - Not bad, but not good ether. Not really worth playing.
5/132 Giovanni's Gyarados - Oh goodness, no, no, no, what is this supposed to be? I THOUGHT gyrados was supposed to be a great, powerful Poke`mon! Don’t play it, trade for it, and if you pull one in a pack, ask for your money back. =/
6/132 Giovanni's Machamp - YES, finally a good Giovanni Poke. And I do mean good. With focus bands, this guy is a FORCE! Focus band is great, and he comes with one BUILT IN!
7/132 Giovanni's Nidoking - ARRRGG, a shoot and a miss, close but no cigar, so close yet so far. ... There, get the picture?
8/132 Giovanni's Persian - Ummmm... no
9/132 Koga's Beedrill - Nice, yet didn’t see ANY play. Why? Hmmmm, I’d say bugs arn’t popular, but then my house would get egged by all the scyther fans =/
10/132 Koga's Ditto - Interesting, to be sure, but not worth is. Miss the flip, and you get tyrouged.
11/132 Lt. Surge's Raichu - Oh, COOL BEANS! Another Riachu, lemme read this...un-hun...Kerzap...20 plus 30...discard...HUH!? WHAT IS THIS? Ok, ok, so it’s first attack is bad, the second is always the killer...40...flip...tails, 20 to self...NO, NOT ANOTHER BAD RIACHU!
12/132 Misty's Golduck - The idea sounds good at first, removing mass amounts of energy at once, but with 70 hp and a sub-par damaging attack to back it up, it takes it seat in the binders.
13/132 Misty's Gyarados - Oh, now this is what it’s all about! Yes baby! Man, I almost went to worlds playing him with Muk. When the power is gone, he just RIPS though your opponet. Trust me, defending pokes can just take 70 damage a turn all willy-nilly! He has to be the best one in the set!
14/132 Rocket's Mewtwo - Sweet, the first Mewtwo that packs a the kind of punch you’ed expect from a Mewtwo. Very playable, and AWESOME artwork to boot.
15/132 Rocket's Zapdos - Ah, the infamous Rocket’s Zappy, great even before Metal Energy, and now even better. Great card.
16/132 Sabrina's Alakazam - Real good, and real underrated. I use it with Misdreavous and Dark Gengar. Four good cards in a row? Hot Diggigdy Dog!
17/132 Blaine - Great, with Blane’s Arcainine and Fire recharge. Played often.
18/132 Giovanni - Man, it’s almost there, but Breeder is ownege over this.
19/132 Koga - Cool, with Koga’s Pokes already doing some other status effects, why not throw in some posin too? WAIT! Some thing that allows you do do things like “throw in” posin are gold!
20/132 Sabrina - Just dont play this, no need to power down you pokes, am I right?
21/132 Blaine's Ninetales - It gets an A for effort, since it’s own attack and Power kinda combo in a weird way, but it dosen’t make the cut.
22/132 Brock's Dugtrio - No.
23/132 Giovanni's Nidoqueen - No
24/132 Giovanni's Pinsir - NO!
25/132 Koga's Arbok - Dad Gummit, I said NO already! Sheesh, gimmie a decent card!
26/132 Koga's Muk - Now that’s more like it. Great Power, good back-up attack, yet didn’t see play. Should of, though, since any power that makes your opponet think twice about attacking is good.
27/132 Koga's Pidgeotto - Oh, great, starting back again with the crap, arn’t we? I swear, BASE PIDGEOTTO OWNZ HIM, and when base Pidgeotto ownz someone, there is a problem. =/
28/132 Lt. Surge's Jolteon - The possibility of your opponets trainers being useless is good, but, wait, THAT IS WHAT SLOWKING IS FOR! Good only in draft.
29/132 Sabrina's Gengar - Both attacks can be useful, just not enough so to warrent playing him.
30/132 Sabrina's Golduck - Oh, the vary defenition of underused. Dude, play Damage Shift with Damage Swap! Good golly miss molly, thats like 60 for TWO energies! I slap you if you say that is sorry.
31/132 Blaine's Charmeleon - Bondfire is a cool attack, yet he won’t last long enough to do much, although 3 consecutive heads will knock out any of their babys, which is good.
32/132 Blaine's Dodrio - MUCH to flippy. Misty’s Gyarados will eat him for lunch.
33/132 Blaine's Rapidash - Man, this guy is like the King of Fire in a draft. So underused.
34/132 Brock's Graveler - Hmmmm... another blow-up poke, but wait, he doesn’t kill himself! AWESOME. Oh, wait, then next turn he’ll be KO’ed by a, what, like, JIGGLYPUFF or something =/
35/132 Brock's Primeape - Could be good, but it is better to just counter gym.
36/132 Brock's Sandslash - Tempting, but no.
37/132 Brock's Vulpix - Well, you gotta have these for Brock’s Ninetails, and this is the better one.
38/132 Erika's Bellsprout - I guess you could use Soak Up if you’er `bout to evolve, but not a great Poke`mon.
39/132 Erika's Bulbasaur - Wasn’t ever used much, yet somehow he is just cool enough to be ok.
40/132 Erika's Clefairy - Holy mackrel, Lunar Power! BROKEN! Oh, wait, a flip. Oh. CRAP! Just use Dark Dragonair.
41/132 Erika's Ivysaur - NO, NO, NO, just keep your bulbasaur! If this is the kind of pokemon bulbasaurs turn into, no wonder Ash’s Bulby didn’t wanna evolve!
42/132 Giovanni's Machoke - Well, I think we all know NEVER to use Risky Attack. He is for Evo. Purposes only.
43/132 Giovanni's Meowth - Oh, look, he wants to be a good card, doesn’t he? TOUGH! Meowth, you suck!
44/132 Giovanni's Nidorina - I guess the apple didn’t fall far from the tree, did it? Geeze, Giovanni, keep you day job. Wait, this is your day job! Oh brother, I’m prayin` for you!
45/132 Giovanni's Nidorino - Again, evolution purposes only.
46/132 Koga's Golbat - Very cool, and a king in draft.
47/132 Koga's Kakuna - Not a bad poke’mon leading up to Beedrill. The coinflip on the attack will make your opponet sweat!
48/132 Koga's Koffing - Bad. No, no, don’t argue, just accept it, he’s bad.
49/132 Koga's Pidgey - Cool. Messinger is really fun.
50/132 Koga's Weezing - I can’t help but like the second attack, but the first stinks bad.
51/132 Lt. Surge's Eevee - Fun to play, but won’t ever make an impact.
52/132 Lt. Surge's Electrode - If he had like 10 or 20 more hp, you could have used him in combination with berry and he would have been good.
53/132 Lt. Surge's Raticate - He is fun with unown N on the bench, and even more so when you can focus energy first.
54/132 Misty's Dewgong - Well, he ownz fighting, I guess. Not worth it, though the artwork is good.
55/132 Sabrina's Haunter - This is cool. An improved Nightmare, free retreat, and take out benched babys with a flip.
56/132 Sabrina's Hypno - He sorta combo’s his attacks with gust of wind, but not really a good card.
57/132 Sabrina's Jynx - Could be ok, yet wont see any kind of play.
58/132 Sabrina's Kadabra - VERY nice, and fun at the same time to.
59/132 Sabrina's Mr. Mime - Fun in draft, but a pushover everywhere else.
60/132 Blaine's Charmander - Play the other one
61/132 Blaine's Doduo - There is NO REASON to play this, since I’ll have to hunt you down and smack you if you play the Dodrio.
62/132 Blaine's Growlithe - This is the one to play with Blane’s Arcnine.
63/132 Blaine's Mankey - Don’t, just don’t.
64/132 Blaine's Ponyta - No.
65/132 Blaine's Rhyhorn - STOP IT!
66/132 Blaine's Vulpix - COME ON, THIS IS NOT FUNNY! Where are the good cards?
67/132 Brock's Diglett - Well, he kills Wigglytuff in one shot, but not worth it overall.
68/132 Brock's Geodude - This is the one to play.
69/132 Erika's Jigglypuff - OH, this card is evil in it’s purest form. I LOATH this card because of it’s cheapness.
70/132 Erika's Oddish - THIS, my friends, is the good one. THIS is the one you want to play. PLEASE, don’t play that other one, what’s it called, the sponge thingy.
71/132 Erika's Paras - If it wern’t for the flip... *sighs*
72/132 Giovanni's Machop - He is needed for Machamp, nothing more.
73/132 Giovanni's Magikarp - Ok, here it goes, so please don’t hurt me...He rocks! No, really, here is Tech in its simply fishy form. Rainbow him, an if it fails, well, let him bite the dust, cause goodness knows he can’t swim. What’s that you say, Wooper? Oh, right. Wooper, tech, right. But hey, he was close wasn’t he? *Sighs*
74/132 Giovanni's Meowth - Worse than the other? Or equally as crappy? You decide. Misty’s Gyrados Ownz them both anyway.
75/132 Giovanni's Nidoran (F) - Evoulution purposes ONLY, don’t play him other wise, ok?
76/132 Giovanni's Nidoran (M) - There are things besides drugs you should say no to. =/
77/132 Koga's Ekans - Draft only, and only mabey there.
78/132 Koga's Grimer - Not horrid, and needed to get out the coolness that is Koga’s Muk.
79/132 Koga's Koffing - What is the point? Come on Wizards, what is the point of wasting valuable cardboard on things like this?
80/132 Koga's Pidgey - The bad one.
81/132 Koga's Tangela - It want’s to be a Kangaskahn.
82/132 Koga's Weedle - Needed for the big bad bee.
83/132 Koga's Zubat - Nice, and could be used in some kind of weird swarming deck or something.
84/132 Lt. Surge's Pikachu - ARRRRRGGGGG, 10 more hp, thats all I ask. Dag Nabbit all, SO close.
85/132 Lt. Surge's Rattata - It is fish bait.
86/132 Lt. Surge's Voltorb - Not worth it at all.
87/132 Misty's Horsea - Kind of cool because of the possibility of a lasting smokescreen.
88/132 Misty's Magikarp - Needed for the almighty lord of the sea, Misty’s Gyrados, who demands respect and crushes all who oppose him!
89/132 Misty's Poliwag - There is a better one, but he isn’t bad.
90/132 Misty's Psyduck - Oh, yes. This guy has to be one of the funnest cards ever made. Total randomness, but the outcome of the attack will be some thing useful in all but a few RARE cases.
91/132 Misty's Seel - Gyrados chow. (Oh, no, I’m more addicted to Misty’s Gyrados than Random is to tyroge!)
92/132 Misty's Staryu - Possibly a hit and run in draft or something?
93/132 Sabrina's Abra - The Horrid one.
94/132 Sabrina's Abra - The awesome one!
95/132 Sabrina's Drowzee - Not even close =/
96/132 Sabrina's Gastly - Pales in compairison to the Gaseous Form one.
97/132 Sabrina's Gastly - See above.
98/132 Sabrina's Porygon - I have no idea why, but I like him. Odd, no? Good in draft if nothig else.
99/132 Sabrina's Psyduck - Oh man, don’t. It’s not even close to being funny.
100/132 Blaine - Same as Holo version, just less pretty =/
101/132 Brock's Protection - Sweet with his Ninetails while it has stuff like Tyranitar and Steelix on it.
102/132 Chaos Gym - This has to be up there with the most frustrating cards in the game. Nice, one you are set up.
103/132 Erika's Kindness - Well, it has certain uses, like in Mass Destruction deck where the defending Poke`mon will be ko’ed with one or two shots (a.k.a Misty’s Gyrados =D)
104/132 Giovanni - Same as Holo version, just less pretty =/
105/132 Giovanni's Last Resort - Ummm, mabey not, dude, exept with his Machamp after the power or focus band works.
106/132 Koga - Same as Holo version, just less pretty =/
107/132 Lt. Surge's Secret Plan - The point?
108/132 Misty's Wish - See above.
109/132 Resistance Gym - Psychic loved this because of all the colorless pokes running around everywhere. Of course, why play Psychic when there is Misty’s Gyrados!
110/132 Sabrina - Same as Holo version, just less pretty =/
111/132 Blaine's Quiz #2 - Very fun
112/132 Blaine's Quiz #3 - See above dude.

117/132 Max Revive - Really though, sereously, underrated.
118/132 Misty's Tears - Raindance LOVES this card. Oh, wait, raindance was already dead. Ah, parting is such sweet sorrow.
119/132 Rocket's Minefield Gym - Mabey in a few decks, the other players, keep `em in the filing system, or the shoe box if thats what you use =/
120/132 Rocket's Secret Experiment - Oh, no to the tenth power. DON’T USE THIS CARD!
121/132 Sabrina's Psychic Control - Cool, mabey, but mabey use your own.
122/132 Saffron City Gym - NO!
123/132 Viridian City Gym - NO!
124/132 Fervor - Mabey, but not really. My friend did this with his Typhlosion deck. Yep. Top there cards? Typhlosion, Entei and Blanie’s Arcanine >_<
125/132 Transparent Walls - VERY fun to use in certain decks.
126/132 Warp Point - Uhhhh, lets see, a card to use better that this, hmmmm... oh, right, DOUBLE GUST! Come on, people.

132/132 Water Energy - Absoulutly, 100% pure BROKEN OWNEGE!!! =D But even more so because it goes with Misty’s Gyarados!
